Service Quality Guarantee

Professional Standards

We guarantee that all candidates presented by 808 Talent Source will have:

- Undergone our comprehensive screening process

- Had their references verified to the extent reasonably possible

- Been assessed for basic qualifications relevant to the position

- Completed any required background checks as specified by the client

Response Time Guarantee

We commit to:

- Initial Response: Acknowledge all client inquiries within 24 hours during business days

- Candidate Presentation: Present initial qualified candidates within 5-7 business days for standard positions

- Rush Requests: Expedited service available for urgent needs (additional fees may apply)

Replacement Guarantee

Full-Time Placements

For full-time permanent placements, we offer the following replacement guarantee:

- 90-Day Period: If a placed candidate voluntarily leaves or is terminated for cause within 90 days of their start date, we will provide a replacement candidate at no additional search fee

- Prorated Refund: If no suitable replacement is found within 60 days of the replacement request, we will provide a prorated refund based on the time worked

Part-Time and Contract Placements

For part-time and contract positions:

- 30-Day Period: Replacement guarantee applies for the first 30 days of employment

- No-Show Protection: If a confirmed candidate fails to show for their first day without 24-hour notice, we will provide an immediate replacement at no charge

On-Demand Staffing

For on-demand staffing services:

- Same-Day Replacement: If a confirmed worker fails to show, we will provide a replacement within 4 hours when possible

- Quality Assurance: If a worker does not meet performance standards, we will provide an alternative worker for the next assignment

Conditions and Limitations

Guarantee Exclusions

Our replacement guarantee does not apply when:

- The candidate is terminated due to company layoffs, restructuring, or budget constraints

- The job requirements are materially changed after placement

- The candidate is terminated due to factors beyond their professional performance (company closure, merger, etc.)

- The client fails to provide adequate training or onboarding

- The termination occurs due to personality conflicts unrelated to job performance

Client Responsibilities

To maintain guarantee coverage, clients must:

- Provide accurate and complete job descriptions

- Notify us within 48 hours of any performance issues

- Allow reasonable time for candidate adjustment (minimum 2 weeks for full-time positions)

- Provide feedback on candidate performance when requested

- Report terminations or resignations within 5 business days

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, we will:

- Investigate your concerns within 24 hours
